Pros: This database program is for storing and managing customer data, particularly for service related data, service locations and history data. Users can share data over the company network who are in the same workgroup. This sharing is done in real time too. The application is a schedule management tool that is useful for organizations in the services sector as well as individuals working in the services. It`ll store the information about clients, such as their address, telephone, email and comments. An auto fill-in features helps fast data entry when the customer data has already been entered into the database. An automatic search backs up this facility. Use the customer data to schedule his service request properly taking care of any special preference the customer may have. You are able to plan working hours, keep track of appointments and orders. A calendar and a set of reminders lets you plan all your day’s activities without any mix-up.
It is easy to keep track of the business aspects too. You can review payments received, daily income whenever you need to. The application will give you up to the minute cash status. You can synchronize data with MS Outlook easily. If need be there are asset of options for export of data available to users. XML, HTML, XLS and TXT are other export options available. Printed reports are customizable and available via a print designer. Profiles can be defined for group members and their schedules reviewed. The manager can open and view the profiles and /or schedules of several members at the same time. Overall access is protected by password to prevent unauthorized access.
